METABOLIC HEALTH MD
UNITED STATES
Physician-led metabolic care by telehealth.
I work with patients across multiple U.S. states to address obesity, insulin resistance, prediabetes, type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, fatty liver, high triglycerides, gout, and broader cardiometabolic risk.
Care is built around nutrition, targeted testing, body composition and muscle, medication management, and ongoing follow-up when needed.
Available by telehealth in states where I am licensed.

Elie Jarrouge, MD
Lindy Louise, DPT
INTERNAL MEDICINE PHYSICIAN
HEALTH COACH
Dr. Jarrouge leads the medical side of your care, including metabolic assessment, laboratory review, treatment planning, medication management, and physician follow-up.
Lindy works with patients on the day-to-day implementation of the plan, including nutrition, meal planning, exercise, behavior change, accountability, and staying consistent between physician visits.
The level of physician and coaching involvement depends on the care option you choose.
THE PROCESS
A clear path from first conversation to an individualized treatment plan.
The process is designed to gather the right information before your physician consultation, build a clear treatment plan, and determine whether ongoing care would be useful.
01
Discovery Call
A brief conversation to understand what you are looking for, determine whether the practice is a good fit, and discuss the available care options.
02
Intake + Testing
You complete a detailed intake and obtain appropriate laboratory testing before the consultation whenever possible.
03
90-Minute Consultation
We review your history, medications, labs, nutrition, metabolic risk, and goals, then build your initial treatment plan.
04
Ongoing Care
If ongoing support makes sense, care can continue through the Physician-Led or Health Coach-Led program.
IS THIS A GOOD FIT?
This model works best for patients who are ready to actively change their metabolic health.
The best results come from patients who are willing to engage with the process, make meaningful changes, and use the information we gather to guide their next steps.
Ready to change nutrition
You’re willing to make meaningful changes to the way you eat rather than looking for another temporary fix.
Interested in the bigger picture
You want to understand how weight, glucose, blood pressure, liver health, lipids, medications, and lifestyle may be connected.
Open to tracking progress
You’re willing to use measurements such as weight, waist, blood pressure, glucose, laboratory testing, or other markers when appropriate.
Looking for active participation
You understand that improving metabolic health requires your involvement between visits, not just showing up for appointments.
You do not need to be perfect. You do need to be willing to engage with the process.
