MHMD provides medical services (including diagnosis, treatment, prescribing, and ordering or
interpreting clinical tests as part of medical care) only to individuals physically located in the United
States at the time of service and only in states where MHMD clinicians are licensed.
If you are located outside a state where we are licensed (or outside the United States), we do not
provide medical care and do not establish a physician-patient relationship. We may provide general
wellness coaching and educational information only.
